Know the surf conditions and where the waves are best with surfcam.tv

We built this website to allow everyone to easily and quickly check the surf conditions at their home break or anywhere else on the East Coast of Australia.

These are the areas we currently cover:

Sydney:

The bustling metropolis and epicenter of Australian surf culture (don’t tell the Gold Coast) from Maroubra to Palm Beach and Manly in the middle, there’s always a wave breaking around here and we want to help you understand where it is.

Next is the Central Coast and the Newcastle area:

Lots of pristine beaches and epic surf breaks, still affordable homes compared to the Sydney area (sigh…) and home to the longest or second-longest wave in Australia (depending on how you count it). We keep a peeled eye from laid-back Avoca Beach and Terrigal all the way to the many sand joints around Newcastle.

As we move up North  the Mid and North Coast open up:

Unspoiled beauty, secluded beaches and hidden gems await exploration, the more you travel North, the more long and perfect point breaks appear on the map.
Just click on the links to see how the waves are like around Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Lennox Head, and The Pass at Byron.

Here, there’s no shortage of world-class waves and iconic breaks that made the history of Australian surfing.

Last but not the least, the Gold Coast:

Sun-drenched shores,  home to some of the world’s most famous breaks and a guarantee that you will be nefer surfing alone as 2000 of your best friends are eager to drop in on your wave.

We cover the legendary waves of Snapper Rocks, Kirra, and Burleigh, and many more in between, so that you get the chance to see where the waves (and crowd) are best for your next session.
